Lewis and Clark Health Department Submits Documentation for Accreditation
Share |

Lewis and Clark Public Health submitted its documentation May 27 to the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB). The Herculean task of collecting, uploading, and describing all the required documents (there were more than 400 of them!) seemed to merit more than a simple push of a computer button. So the department's Accreditation Work Group gathered in Health Officer Melanie Reynolds' office to mark the happy occasion with cheers, giddiness and then a celebratory lunch. From left to right are Accreditation Coordinator Gayle Shirley, Drenda Niemann, Jolene Helgerson, Eric Merchant, Kathy Moore, Laurel Riek, consultant Joan Miles, Brett Lloyd, and Melanie. The team now awaits word from PHAB about scheduling a site visit.
