Fall 2017 Conference Evaluation Results

Over 155 public health professionals attended the 2017 MPHA Annual Conference and Meeting held at the Holiday Inn Downtown Missoula this past September. To view a video the award winners and conference highlights click here. Some of the results of the post conference evaluation indicate:  71 % of the respondents said they would rate it very good to excellent; 82% said it was extremely or very organized; 66.67% said the information presented at the conference was extremely or very useful to their job and the top two reason participants attend the conference are networking and continuing education. Two areas the respondents indicated need improvement are the hotel food and organization and participant confusion with the agenda and organization of the agenda.  The MPHA conference committee would like to thank those that completed the evaluation and told us what went well and what needed improvement and what they would like to see at future conferences.  One participant stated on their evaluation “Of all the conferences and meetings held, MPHA is probably my favorite. I think it is a great way to celebrate our accomplishments, share our program ideas, and support each other in the work that we do.” With you input we can continue to provide an event that meets your needs.  Thank you.
