Membership in this Association shall be open to any person or organization engaged in the field of public health or who is interested in public health. The organizational year shall commence with the adjournment of the annual Association meeting. The annual dues for individual members of the Association shall be for the fiscal year approved by the membership at an annual meeting of the Association.
There are four types of membership: individual, sustaining, associate, and student. [Membership application]
Individual Membership ($40)
Any person may become a member by paying the annual dues. Membership shall allow the right to vote, receive publications of the Association, to hold office, and to serve to committees.
Organizational Membership ($80)
Any organization may become an organizational member by paying membership dues. Organizational members shall be entitled to one vote and will receive publications of the Association.
Retired Membership ($10)
Any retired public health worker may become a member by paying the annual retired membership dues. Retired members shall have the rights and privileges of individual members.
Student Membership ($20)
Any student may become a member by paying the annual student membership dues. Student members shall not be entitled to vote or to hold office, but will receive publications of the Association.
