The awards ceremony is held each year at the annual MPHA Fall Conference and Meeting.  The next conference will be in Bozeman, Sept. 9-11, 2008.

Nominations

As a leader in your county or state's public health efforts, we invite you to nominate persons and programs who have made a real difference in the health and well-being of your community. This should include, but is not limited to, traditional public health disciplines. For instance, perhaps your WIC program has done something particularly creative this past year. Has a local hospital sponsored a community-wide prevention campaign? Or has a local citizen's group been instrumental in fostering better air or water quality for your jurisdiction?
